HCS RESULT (Ex.Br.) Preliminary Examination – 2011

    HARYANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION RESULT  (HSC RESULT)       

 The candidates bearing the following Roll Numbers who appeared in HCS (Ex.Br.) Preliminary Examination – 2011 held by the Haryana  Public Service Commission on 25.03.2012 have qualified for the Mains Examination of HCS(Ex.Br.) & Other Allied Services, subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions. The number of qualified candidates in fifteen times (plus cutoff bracketed) of the vacancies advertised. The Roll Numbers given below are in ascending order and categorywise and not in order of merit

INSTRUCTIONS
Further, this is for the information of the candidates who have qualified the HCS (Ex.
Br.) & Other Allied Services Preliminary Examination – 2011, that the HCS (Ex.Br.) & Other
Allied Services Main Examination – 2011 will be held by the Commission in the month of
July/August 2012. The exact schedule for holding the main examination will be notified later
on. Forms for HCS (Ex.Br.) & Other Allied Services Main Examination – 2011 will be
dispatched by Registered post to the qualified candidates by the Commission by 10
th
 of
May, 2012. The candidates who do not receive the Main Examination Form by 18
th
 May,
2012, are requested to contact the Commission office on or before 30
th
 May, 2012 (Except
holidays i.e. 24
th
 May, 2012 & Saturdays/Sundays) for the Application Form for the Main
Examination personally alongwith some identity proof on any working days (9:00 am to 5:00
pm). Application forms for the Main Examination must reach Commission’s office by 8
th
June, 2012. The Haryana Public Service Commission will not be responsible for any delay on
the part of Postal Department or Courier Agency and all the application forms reached after
the Closing date will be rejected outrightly. Incomplete and unsigned application forms shall
render the candidate ineligible. 
 This is also for the information of the candidates, who represented to the Commission
with regard to any type of error in the Question papers, that their representations have been
duly considered by the Commission and benefit of marks has been given to all the candidates
in their respective subjects as per recommendations of the paper setters.

1. While preparing the result due care has been taken. However, any inadvertent
error cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves its right to rectify any error at
a later stage.
